General terms and conditions
§1 Validity towards companies and definitions
(1)
The following general terms and conditions apply to all
deliveries between us and a consumer in the version valid at the time
of the order.
(2) “Consumer” in the sense of
these terms and conditions is any natural person who
legal transaction for a purpose that can be attributed neither to their commercial
nor their independent professional activity.
§2 Conclusion of a contract, storage of the contract text
(1) The following provisions regarding the conclusion of the contract apply to orders placed via the website http://www.schutzkleidung.de
(2) In the event of the conclusion of the contract, the contract is concluded with

The presentation of the goods in our online store is not a
legally binding offer on our part, but only
a non-binding invitation to the consumer to order goods.
By ordering the desired goods, the consumer
makes a binding offer to conclude a purchase contract.
The
offer is accepted in writing or in text form or by
sending the ordered goods within one week. After
the fruitless expiry of the deadline, the offer is deemed to have been rejected.

When an order is received in our online shop, the following
provisions: the consumer submits a binding offer of contract by
successfully completing the order procedure provided for in our online shop .
The order is placed in the following steps:
1) Select the desired goods
2) Confirm by clicking the “Order” button
3) Check the information in the shopping cart
4) Click the button “Checkout”
5) Login to the online store after registering and entering the applicant's details (email address and password).
6) Repeat the check and/or correction of the respective data entered.
7) Binding submission of the order.
The
consumer can, before the binding submission of the order,
by pressing the “back” button contained in the internet browser used by him
“back” button after checking his details to return to the website
on which the customer's details are recorded and
correct input errors or cancel the order process by closing the internet browser.
We confirm receipt of the order
immediately by sending an automatically generated e-mail
(confirmation of receipt). This does not yet constitute acceptance of the offer
. The offer is accepted in writing, in text form or
by sending the ordered goods within one week.

Storage of the contract text for orders via our
online store: We will send you the order data and our terms and conditions by
e-mail. You can also view the terms and conditions at any time at
http://www.schutzkleidung.de. Your order data is
no longer accessible via the internet for security reasons.
§3 Prices, shipping costs, payment, due date
(1)
The stated prices include the statutory sales tax and
other price components. Shipping costs may apply.
(2) The consumer has the option of paying in advance.
(3)
If the consumer has chosen to pay in advance,
to pay the purchase price immediately after conclusion of the contract.
§4 Delivery
(1)
Unless we have clearly stated otherwise in the product description,
all items offered by us are ready for immediate
ready for shipment.
(2) If the consumer has chosen to pay in advance, we will not ship the goods before payment has been received.
§5 Retention of title
We retain ownership of the goods until full payment of the purchase price.

§6 Right of withdrawal
Cancellation policy
Right of withdrawal
All returns are checked individually before a return or
exchange can take place. Please note that each item in the
condition must be returned as received. This means that new items
must also be new and unused as well as complete when returned.
Used items must not show any additional signs of wear or
damage.
You can revoke your contractual declaration within
14 days without stating reasons in writing (e.g. letter, fax,
e-mail) or – if the goods have been left to you before the expiry of the deadline –
also by returning the goods. The deadline shall begin after
receipt of this instruction in writing, but not before receipt of the goods
(in the case of recurring deliveries of similar goods,
not before receipt of the first partial delivery) and also not before fulfillment of
our information obligations in accordance with Article 246 § 2 in conjunction with §
1 (1) and (2) EGBGB as well as our obligations in accordance with § 312g (1) sentence 1
BGB in conjunction with Article 246 § 3 EGBGB. To meet the
Withdrawal period, it is sufficient to send the withdrawal or the
goods in good time.

Consequences of withdrawal
In the
case of an effective cancellation, the services received on both sides
are to be returned and any benefits obtained (e.g. interest)
are to be surrendered. If you are unable or partially unable to return the received services and benefits to us
(e.g. benefits of use) or only able to return them in
a deteriorated condition,
you must provide us with compensation for the value. For the deterioration of the
goods and for benefits obtained, you only have to provide compensation if
the benefits or the deterioration are due to a handling of the
goods that goes beyond the examination of the properties and
functioning. “Examination of the properties and
functioning” is understood to mean testing and trying out the respective
goods, as is possible and customary in a retail store.
Items that can be sent by parcel post
are to be returned at our risk. You have to
bear the regular costs of the return shipment if the delivered goods
correspond to the ordered goods and if the price of the goods to be returned
does not exceed an amount of 40 euros or if you, in the case of a
higher price of the goods, have not yet provided the
consideration or a contractually agreed partial payment.
Otherwise, the return is free of charge for you. Items that cannot be sent by parcel post will be picked up at your premises. Obligations to
refund payments must be fulfilled within 30 days.
The period begins for you with the dispatch of your declaration of withdrawal
or the goods, and for us with their receipt.

§7 Contractual regulation regarding the costs of returns in the event of cancellation
Should
you make use of your right of withdrawal, the following agreement applies in accordance with §
357 para. 2 BGB (German Civil Code), according to which you have to bear the regular
costs of the return shipment if the delivered goods
correspond to the ordered goods and if the price of the goods to be returned
does not exceed an amount of 40 euros or if you, in the case of a
higher price of the goods, have not yet provided the
consideration or a contractually agreed partial payment
at the time of revocation.
Otherwise, the return is free of charge for you.
§8 Contract language
German is the only available contract language.
